With 15 years of experience spanning education and corporate sectors, Whitney has partnered with Fortune 500 companies, startups, nonprofits, and government agencies—bringing a thoughtful, people-centered approach to leadership and team development.

Beyond coaching, Whitney is invested in lifelong learning and believes that great leadership starts with self-awareness and intentional growth. She and her husband, Tyler, live in Zionsville, Indiana, where they enjoy keeping up with their two boys.
